Where exactly is De Zeeparel located?

De Zeeparel is located in Egmond aan Zee, a short walk from the beach, sea, dunes, and the charming village center with shops and restaurants.

Is the center close by?

Yes, the center of Egmond aan Zee is easily accessible on foot.

How many people can De Zeeparel accommodate?

The Zeeparel can accommodate up to 6 people. However, this varies per accommodation.

Is the property child-friendly?

Yes, suitable for families. A cot or high chair can be provided on request.

Is the accommodation on one level?

Two apartments are on the ground floor. We also have an elevator. The shrimp is two stories high. The sea bass and flat fish also have a second floor and are not on the ground floor.

Is the accommodation accessible by public transport?

Yes, there are buses from Alkmaar to Egmond aan Zee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out until 10:00 AM.

Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?

That is possible, but please notify the reception desk in advance.

What is there to do in the area?

Hiking and biking in the dunes, visiting the lighthouse, beach pavilions, a day trip to Alkmaar (cheese market) or Bergen (art and culture).

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

Is there heating?

Yes, De Zeeparel is fully heated and suitable for every season.

Is there a washing machine?

Each apartment has a washing machine and dryer.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, with a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes and cookware.

Is there parking available?

There is one private parking space available for each home. Paid parking applies in many areas of Egmond aan Zee. 

Is bedding included?

Yes, bedding and towels are included in the stay.

Are bed linen, kitchen linen, and/or towels included?

Please carefully review your reservation confirmation to ensure you have booked the correct items. You may add additional items to your existing booking at any time.

Is there a dishwasher in my accommodation?

Yes. Our accommodations have a dishwasher.

What kind of coffee machine is available in the accommodation?

A Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

Is there a washing machine and/or dryer in the house?

Many of our accommodations have a washing machine and dryer.
